Service and product terms overview

Use Onread only for businesses, websites, profiles, connected properties, and public sources you own or are authorized to assess. Do not use it to evade access controls, collect private information, interfere with monitored sites, or misrepresent generated output as verified evidence.

Website builds, redesigns, SEO work, hosting, maintenance, support, and managed website services are quote-based unless Onread confirms otherwise in writing. The approved proposal, order form, or service agreement controls scope, timing, pricing, included revisions, ownership, and any service-specific commitments. You are responsible for providing accurate content, approvals, credentials, and permissions needed for the work.

Scores and recommendations are decision-support tools based on available evidence. Sites can block requests, public information can be incomplete, and a limited crawl cannot represent every page or business outcome.

AI Consultant responses and Implementation Help drafts must be reviewed before use. You remain responsible for accuracy, brand claims, customer permissions, legal compliance, and any changes made to external websites or profiles.

The anonymous audit is a limited preview of public website and SEO evidence, not a complete performance, accessibility, legal, security, or conversion assessment. Google Analytics and Search Console views depend on correctly configured third-party properties and may be disconnected, delayed, empty, or unavailable.

Portal uptime is calculated from recorded point-in-time samples and is not continuous monitoring or an SLA unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Maintenance entries document recorded work. Support tickets are for active managed clients; prospects should use the quote or consultation form.

Paid purchases use Stripe and access or payment records are updated only after verified server-side Stripe confirmation. Onread AI subscriptions and managed-service billing are separate products even when they use the same Stripe customer. Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled under the applicable Stripe and service terms. The approved quote or the product and price shown at Checkout controls the purchase. Features and limits may change prospectively as the service develops.

The service does not guarantee search rankings, revenue, traffic, customer acquisition, conversion improvements, or any other business result.
